Amy Allen
Melinda Culea
Amy Amanda Allen was the A-Team's first hanger-on. Though never quite a full member of the team she came as close as anyone ever got. Amy was a reporter for the Los Angeles Courier and her "connections" were very useful to the A-Team. They also liked to use her as a threat against bad guys. ("This is our pal Amy, who's going to splash your name all over the front page if you don't cooperate".) Amy had a lot of spunk, but some difficulty with the notion of nearly getting killed every week.
After leaving the A-Team, Melinda did some large guest roles on St. Elsewhere and Family Ties, and was a regular on Knots Landing. She left acting for a little while to do some writing. She had a guest spot on ST:TNG in 1992. In 1995 she was cast as a regular on Brotherly Love. Most recently she was featured on an X-Files episode.

Templeton "Faceman" Peck
Tim Dunigan
The first Face, as we all know, was not played by Dirk Benedict, it was this actor. But, as a character, this Face wasn't much different than the next. He was, by necessity, taller. He had somewhat less of a sense of humor than Face 2. He also wasn't quite as... shall we say frisky. He could let a girl pass by without giving her the once over. Though he still had the Face knack for cons.
The actor, Tim Dunigan, was let go after the pilot. Word has it that this was because the Network execs thought he looked too young, and Cannell had ideally wanted Dirk Benedict in any case.
Here's Tim's comment on The A-Team:
(Excerpted from Starlog interview)
"Dunigan's next opportunity for stardom came as part of the mercenary team for hire in The A-Team pilot. "I was the original Face," he winces. "But after I did the pilot, the producer decided that I was too young for the part and they replaced me with Dirk Benedict.
"Not getting that part hit me very hard. The A-Team was the first job, acting or otherwise, that I had ever been fired from. It screwed me up for a long time."

Tawnia Baker
Marla Heasley
Tawnia was Amy's relpacement when Amy toddled off to Europe to be a Foreign Correspondent. Tawnia was a co-worker of Amy's who figured she could help the A-Team the way Amy had and get the same juicy stories. The team however, was not quite as tolerant of Tawnia, and used her almost exclusively for her "connections", and as a part of disguises that required a pretty girl. The connection was severed when Tawnia fell for and married the adventurous son of the Newpaper owner.
Can't say we know much about Marla. She only had a few acting jobs and was dating Wayne Newton for awhile. Interesting to note that her first A-Team episode wasn't as Tawnia, but as the girl in the yacht next door in Bad Day On The Border.

Frankie Santana
Eddie Velez
Frankie "Dishpan" Santana, was never actually called Dishpan, though he was sometimes introduced that way. It had something to do with his profession as a special-effects expert. Frankie was working on one of Hannibal's monster movies. He was also a mole for Hunt Stockwell. Frankie happily gave bad advice on any subject and talked too much at inopportune moments. After the team was captured by Stockwell, Frankie was forced to join the team.
Eddie Velez has done numerous small movie roles and episodic guest spots. He was a regular on the UPN series Live Shot. You can currently see Eddie on the daytime dramas, Port Charles and General Hospital in the recurring role of Detective Alex Garcia. Recently guested on "Just Shoot Me".

Hunt Stockwell
Robert Vaughn
Hunt Stockwell succeeded where no one else had and captured the A-Team. He also created a neat little box that made working for him irresistable for them. If they didn't, they'd get killed. If they did, they'd get pardoned. Stockwell was a former General. If he wasn't CIA he was as close as made no difference. He was the spider at the center of a web of operations. He had agents that he sent on spy type jobs in foreign locales. He oozed class, cool and gimmick casting.
Robert Vaughn is... well, he's Robert Vaughn, Napoleon Solo, The Man from UNCLE the quintessential sixties spy. He's been busily making regular television and movie appearances since 1956. But we have a special fondness for his role in the cheesy 1980 movie
Battle Beyond the Stars with George Peppard. Most recently he's had a regular recurring role as a judge on The Magnificent Seven, (with Dale Midkiff, formerly the star of TV's Time Trax)

Colonel Lynch
William Lucking
Colonel Lynch was in charge of the Military Prison from which the A-Team escaped. He was actually after them for ten years, but we only got to see his last year on the job. (Plus one last try in Showdown). He was a rather more comical figure than the other pursuers, and seemed to have less men at his disposal.
William Lucking has been doing character roles in films and television since 1968. Most recently he appeared in the feature film Erin Brokovich and the television series The West Wing.

Colonel Roderick Decker
Lance LeGault
Colonel Decker was the A-Team's most frequent military pursuer. He was assigned to capture the A-Team because of his unorthodox methods. He and Hannibal had met in Vietnam, and not liked each other because Decker had a taste for blowing up the enemies' hospitals. He often got so close to capturing the A-Team, that he could say to Hannibal's face, "It's all over, Smith". Of course, this would be closely followed by an escape.
Lance LeGault most oftens plays this role of the tough military man with the deep voice.
He was a regular as "Buck Green" on Magnum P.I.. Apparently, (and we're a little fuzzy on this) he's closely connected with Elvis and his acting debut was in the Elvis Presley movie, Roustabout. Which could account for the music cd linked below.

General Harlan "Bull" Fulbright
Jack Ging
General "Bull" Fulbright pursued the team during the last part of the fourth season. He was no more successful at this than his predecessors. However personal concerns outweighed his desire to complete the assignment. He hired the A-Team in Sound of Thunder supposedly to find the man who could clear them, but really to find his child who had been raised in Vietnam. Not too hard since she found them, but the A-Team was unable to keep the General's old enemies from capturing him and then killing him during the escape.
Jack Ging made frequent appearances on television westerns and dramas. He made two appearances on The A-Team in A Samll and Deadly War and Bad Day on the Border before being cast as Fulbright.
