In the fall, Balance Studios will be starting an 8-week basic course for beginners of Ashtanga yoga. This course is designed for students that would like a formal and gentle introduction to the dynamic practice of Ashtanga yoga. This course is limited to 15 people. The American System of the Russian Combat Academy has added 2 outstanding instructors to their Red Lion staff. Instructing in Systema and Sambo during the day, they have added BJJ and Mauy Thai boxing on Wednesday and Friday nights, while MMA training is on Monday nights and Saturday mornings.
