• The Code of Federal Regulations - maybe a little out of date. But hey, its free access to the entire CFR. It is possible to specify a rule by cite but you have to know how. Make sure to consult the help. Also you can check the House's page with some links to selected chapters of the CFR. Another possible is the National Performance Reviews site which has regulatory information organized by subject including federal state and local.
