Rick's Iowa Lawyer Page This web page is primarily intended to be of use to Iowa lawyers and those interested in Iowa law. While I have placed an emphasis on employment discrimination and civil rights the page actually has a more general legal focus including state, federal and local sources of information of use to the legal profession. This page has minimal graphics and the slogan for this page is "useful not fancy". Make sure to check out my disclaimer legal eagles.. On this page I have collected together Iowa-focused legal information. It is organized by source of information although I have included a topic on civil rights. I have broken the information sources into familiar groups: Court Decisions, Codes and Rules, Government information, and general Legal Research. Information of a more practical bent is found in the News and Law Practice sections. This later includes site for finding people, maps, travel information, reference links, experts, etc. Finally, I have included some generic internet links with an Iowa focus which might prove useful. |
