      Lacy Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Parmesan cheese, coarsely shredded--about 1 1/2 cups
    (Yup, that's it!)

Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375º F. Line a large cookie sheet with non-stick bakeware liner. Spoon cheese by level tablespoons, about 3 inches apart. Spread each pile into a 2-inch round. Bake the cheese rounds for 6-7 minutes. Transfer to wire rack, cool 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towels. Repeat with the remaining cheese.

    NOTE: These are difficult to remove from the baking sheet sometimes, but if that is the case maybe let them cook a couple minutes more to crisp better, then let cool longer. They make great sides and snacks.

Yield: About 12 crisps
