Introduction : Nagaoka
JA0 is assigned for Niigata and Nagano prefectures in the central part of the Japanese mainland of Honshu.
Nagano is next to Niigata on the south-west and Nagano was the host city of Winter Olympic games in 1998.
Nagaoka is the second largest city in Niigata prefecture with 190k inhabitants.
and it takes only 80 min. from Tokyo by bullet train.
