I joined the Spirited Threads women's group in January 1999. The group formed a year earlier to finish two quilt projects begun by Patricia Cline before her death. We orchestrated "A Concert of Spirited Threads: An Exhibition of Women's Fabric Art"* at the University of Memphis Gallery in 2000 to celebrate the completion of Pat's last two projects. We continue to meet once a month to enrich our artistic lives.
