NEWS/OBITUARY: JAY P. OBENREDER, COUNTY MAN,19
DIES IN AUTO ACCIDENT, (Clarion News, Feb. 5, 1989)
Jay P. Obenreder, 19, of Fryburg died in an
automobile accident Saturday morning, Feb. 2, 1980. Born June 1, 1960, in
Oil City Hospital, he was a son of James and Helen Guth Obenreder
of Fryburg, who survive. Mr. Obenreder
attended St. Michael's School in Frybug and graduated from North Clarion High
School in 1978. He was employed by Kopper's Lumber Co. in Marble. He
was a member of St. Michael's Church in Fryburg. In addition to his
parents, he is survived by four brothers, James Obenreder Jr. of
Marble, Paul Obenreder, a student at Kent State University in
Ohio, and Kevin and Matthew Obenreder at home; one
sister, Tina Obenreder at home; his maternal grandparents, Alfred
and Opal Wurster Guth of RD 1 Shippenville; his paternal grandparents,
Roy and Julia Jenkins Obenreder of New Port Richey, Fla., one
niece, and many aunts and uncles. Services were at 10 a.m. Monday in St.
Michael's Church with the Rev. Tom Brooks officiating. Burial
was in the church cemetery. Faller Funeral Home in Fryburg was in charge of
arrangements.

In the District Court of the United States for the Western
District of Pennsylvania, John Wesley Ogden, of Clarion County,
Pennsylvania, a bankrupt under the Act of Congress of July 1, 1898, having
applied for a full discharge from all debts provable against his estate under
said Act, notice is hereby given to all known creditors and other persons in
interest, to appear before the said Court at Pittsburgh, in said District, on
the 7th day of November, 1904 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to show cause, if
any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted. William

OBITUARY: GENEVIEVE O'NEILL, (The Clarion News, Feb. 18,
1986)
Mrs. Genevive C. O'Neill, 77, of Lucinda, died
Saturday morning, Feb. 15, 1986, in Allegheny Manor, RD2 Shippenville.
Born Nov. 17 1908, in Lucinda, she was a daughter of the late Maurice
and Philomena Neuland Walsh. She was married
Nov. 15, 1938, to Charles O'Neill, who died Jan. 5, 1981.
Mrs. O'Neill graduated in 1927 from St. Joseph's High School in
Lucinda as part of the school's first graduating class. She was a lifelong
member of St. Joseph's Church, n Lucinda and the Rosary Society of the church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Edmund (Ann) Hartman of
Tacoma, Wash.; two sons, Eugene of Pelican Rapids, Minn., and Lt.
Col. Joseph H., serving with the U.S. Air Force in
Fairfax, Va.,; seven grandchildren; one brother, Paul Walsh of
Hyattsville, MD., and a number of nieces and nephews. Nine brothers and one
sister preceded her in death. Friends are being received at....(cut off)
OBITUARY: JOHN S. ORR (Clarion Democrat, Thursday
Jan. 3, 1894)
John S. Orr, one of the oldest residents of
Limestone township, died at his home near Frampton post office on last Sunday
morning, aged about 85 years. Deceased was the father of F. B.
Orr, of Apollo, T. T. Orr, of the above named
locality, Mrs. Butler and the late Mrs. A. B. Rankin,
of this place. He was a father in Israel who leaves a large circle of
relatives and friends to morn his demise.
