Tucked away among the rolling hills, forests, rivers, and lakes in the tiny Northeastern corner of Pennsylvania lies the small town of Hawley. I grew up here and am thankful for having been raised here. To some there is a certain magnatism to this area.  I left the area in 1980 when I joined the Air Force and have only been back a few times due to my military career.  I have some very fond memories of growing up in Hawley, and although it has changed much since I first left in 1980, it still appears to be the nice, quiet, friendly place that I will always call Home.

Thanks so much Ross, for all your help - providing explanations to my inquiries, and adding special heartfelt historical background through your writings.  You have been an inspiration to me as I continue to maintain this site on our hometown.
