Welcome to my homepage. For those who have been following my exploits over the past eight or so years, you know I am an entertainment attorney. An entertainment attorney who doesn't update his website often enough. I created and designed this web page to assist those of you who already are or those who seek to become successful in the entertainment industries. My main goal is to educate and I hope I succeed in doing that. Please feel free to drop me a line if you feel something I have said is in error. Do not drop me a line if you simply disagree with my opinion (which I voice throughout the pages that make up the web site). And, as always, questions are welcome.

There are articles on specific legal and business topics which may affect you, a bookstore that will direct you to some of the books which I feel are a necessity for all (sadly in need of an update, I know), I will offer the occasional commentary on entertainment law topics and, where applicable, I will direct you to web sites which may be of interest to you.

I have been a monthly correspondent for "The Inside Connection", a monthly music magazine based in Long Island, NY. The magazine is free and should be available at local music stores (they tell me it's in Sam Ash and the Virgin Megastore). Check it out.

I am not actively practicing these days and am not accepting new clients. If you are in need of an attorney, there are many other highly qualified individuals out there. Do a Google search or go to the Martindale Hubbell site.
