1975 Pictures of PH-32

These pictures were taken in 1975 and offer a glimpse of the main gate area of the Control Area at PH-32. They were donated by a visitor to this site who has a great website on Marlton Hills. Lucky for us he had the foresight to take these before the site was demolished. Why not visit his site and thank him for these great pictures. In this scene we can see a corner of the Administration Building on the left, the Barrack behind this, and the front gate to the Control Area.

Here we can see the Mess Hall building behind the Guard House. Tomlinson Mill Road is shown in the foreground. Interesting how the Guard House is the reverse color scheme as the buildings-green walls with white trim. Other Nike bases had Guard Houses match the buildings, this may have been repainted later.
