WARRANTY

Please read upon arrival of product :

Beam of Light Technologies, Inc. warrants all Green Beam Lasers and DPSS Modules for 180 days from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any units which have been previously altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Beam of Light Technologies, Inc.. This warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal use, cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions ( including, but not limited to sun and water damage ), or modification of, or to any part of the product. To obtain warranty service, please return product with freight prepaid, in it’s original packaging. ( Removal of FDA warning label and product serial number will void warranty ). Please include a copy of product invoice ( if possible ), and this completed warranty request form. Returns - Product must be in original condition and packaging. Send to :
