TRAFFIC CITATIONS

2) drivers license points / suspensions;
3) inconvenient court appearances;
4) attending safe driving school.

My fee for Traffic Citations starts at $50.00. The fee will vary by county and number and nature of charges and does not include court cost or fines (if applicable). DIVORCE / SEPARATION

My fee for Uncontested Divorce is $124.00 (plus cost, usually $76.00) Please note that I only represent clients for divorce in Onslow County. Separation and Pre-Marital Agreements start at $125.00.

BANKRUPTCY

My fee for Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy is $675.00. This includes form preparation, filing fees, and representation at the required Meeting of Creditors.
