Job Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Southern California whose mission is to provide jobs for individuals with severe mental, physical or psychological disabilities.

To help our employees reach their fullest potential, we provide on-the-job training and continued support, along with job search assistance into competitive employment.

Working hand-in hand with the Department of Rehabilitation and other non-profit agencies that assist individuals with disabilities, Job Options has been able to recruit capable consumers and currently employs over 350 people.

Job Options currently contracts with various federal agencies to provide janitorial, grounds maintenance, shelf replenishment stocking, and laundry service positions to our employees.

We are equally dedicated to providing services to our contractual customers.  We realize that it is the quality of our service that will ultimately guarantee the availability of jobs.  Through combined efforts we are confident of mutually beneficial contracts and a better product at a fair and reasonable cost.
