In the name of God Amen.
I Wm Roberson of the County of Surrey and State of North Carrolina Being very week in Bod But of Sound and Disposing Mind and Memerey calling to Mind that Man is Born to Die After Death to Judgment I first Recommend My Soul to God and my Body to be Decently Buried at the Discreshion of my Exer and as to my worley Estate that it hath pleased Almighty God to be stoe on me My Will and Desire is that My Just Debts first be paid
that My Son Wm Roberson shall take care of My Beloved Wife Milley to Support her Decently her life time for which I give him the use of all My Lands to gether with the plantations Working tools My Still and tubs like Wise
and at My Wife's Desire I give to my Son Thomas Roberson Two Hundred Acres of land including the plantation that he formerly lived on. It being two Hundred Acres of My four Hundred Acres track the Division line run by Henery Spear here to fore
Also at My be loved Wife's Desire I give to my Son Wm Roberson the other two Hundred Acres of land of the four Hundred Acres tract of lands Including My dwelling House. The division line Being Run above Mentioned
Liquise I give to My Son Wm Roberson one Hundred and Ninty Acres of land None By the Name of the forsquare tract and at My Desire I Give to My Daughter Luse Johnston one cow and calf and sow and pigs and the Rest of my Stock of Horses, Cattle, Hogs and Sheep, together with Such House Hould Furniture as My Son William Roberson thinks propper to Spare, at my Desire to be Sold and Equaly to be Divided be tween my Children
Thom Roberson Elizh Hunter Mary Holcomb Cole Gwatney Willm Roberson Nutte Robers and Luse Johnston
and likewise at the Desire of My be loved wife My Still and tubs as above mentioned togeather with the Ballance of my House Hould Furniture, farey [fairly?] to be Sold and Equaly Divided Between My Seven Children above Mentioned
and I Do further appoint My Son Willm Roberson and Willm Head Ish Coe Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I Do Desire and Make Voide all Other Wills here to fore being maid by me In Witness where of I have here Unto Set my Hand and Seale Ninth Day of August one thousand Eight Hundred and Nine
