Remember, ALL of the universe is vibrations, inside the smallest particles of atoms are even smaller particles that vibrate like a string. It is the rate of the vibration that determines the difference of a crow, man, tree or rock, or any material object.

How does this work? Sympathetic vibratory physics. The ancients could spark a harmonic in a super octave with other worlds or planets and with their chakras tuned to the "CODE" numbers could rearrange their atoms to any shape or travel to any place (or time) with their physical body and soul on different currents.
Traveling at a harmonic of the speed of sound would enhance this technique. When the rate of brain waves change while we sleep allowing the spirit to pass through the soul cage is a similar effect.
