A pseudo-biography from 1987!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CORINNE BOHRER has made long strides since she began working as a

professional actress about five years ago. Born in Camp Lejune, North

Carolina, she grew up as a serviceman's child, constantly on the move

from city to city. Her life underwent a major change in 1982, when her

family moved to Pennsylvania and she decided to remain behind in Texas.

After being on her own for a while, she packed up all her belongings,

threw them into her car and drove to Los Angeles. She began to devote

all of her energies toward becoming an actress, studying with acting

coach Peggy Feury and voice coach Roger Love. After the usual

pavement—pounding, auditions and rejections, she finally broke into the

world of TV commercials. Those opportunities were eventually followed by

roles in episodic TV and then motion pictures.

Upon reflection, Bohrer attributes part of her success to a change in

attitude about herself. "Even though I'm in my late 20s, I still have a

lot of kid in me. I tried to suppress it in the beginning of my acting

career but ultimately realized that having some child-like qualities

could be helpful in landing roles. So I decided just to be myself and

let the chips fall where they may."

Her TV credits include performing as a series regular with Elliott Gould

on "E/R," "Destination America" and "The Kid with the 200 IQ," as well

as episodic roles in such series as "The Yellow Rose," "Hardcastle and

McCormick," "MacGyver" and "St. Elsewhere." Her most recent TV

appearance was in the mini— series, "I'll Take Manhattan."

In theatrical films, she had minor roles in "My Favorite Year" and the

most recent version of "Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde," before landing parts in

"Surf II," "Stewardess School" and "Zapped." Prior to "Vice Versa,"

Bohrer was seen in "Police Academy 4."
