La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. Each of our Groups meets monthly. All breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our free meetings or call our Leaders for breastfeeding help.
La Leche League offers support and information through:
- Mother-to-Mother support
- Monthly meetings
- Telephone help from accredited Leaders
- Lending library with books on childbirth, breastfeeding and related subjects
- Sales of The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, or other items
Area Groups and Leaders
The following table lists area Groups, meeting times and locations, and Leaders who are available for telephone and email help. If you submit a question via email, the volunteer Leader will answer your question within a week. If you need an immediate answer, please call a Leader listed below. Please call a Leader for breastfeeding assistance, meeting topics, to confirm meeting dates, or for a meeting location, if not listed.
