Athletes, if you play sports, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Cheerleading, Field and Track or any other that requires you to be in tip- top physical condition, We have the program for you.... increase flexibility, speed, strength, stamina, coordination, and the ability to think fast and react to the constant changing environment of full action sports. The National School of Martial Arts can give you the training you need to excel as an athlete. Our training center is open 5 days a week with training from 5:30 to 9PM. Additional classes will be added as required. You can train year round 5 days a week or as much as your schedule will allow. You will also be learning the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo, and gaining the ability to defend yourself. Taekwondo's benefits are not limited to physical abilities, the self-discipline and positive mental attitude that comes with the training will instill values that will follow you through life.
