You are visitor to gait onto this site since May 1999 FastCounter by LinkExchange Site last updated 05/06/2004 KAGEN German Shepherds originated in the early 80's when Gene Valentine (Carene Shepherds) and Kaye Rice Valentine (Riza Shepherds) merged their kennels to become Kagen Shepherds. We also used the name Cartel Shepherds for several litters out of AOE CH. Lothario, ROM. We both began showing and breeding for the conformation ring in the early 70's. We are dedicated to breeding correct, healthy animals with excellent temperament and working ability. Our dogs also are usually very laid back and easy to live with. We have finished 14 Champions (all home bred) and have several more currently being campaigned. Our lines are very dominant for beautiful shoulders, floating side gait, excellent feet and marvelous pigment. Currently we have several show puppies we are "growing up" and would love to place them in show homes or with reliable co-owners in show homes. All puppies and dogs are sold with a contract and written health guarantee. Kagen Shepherds is located in the Atlanta, Georgia area and is very convenient to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.
