Debbie's Easy Hashbrown Surprise

1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 bag of hashbrowns (found in Frozen section of stores)
1 can cream of potato soup
Grated cheese of your choice (I use cheddar)
You may add spices but the sausage is usually plenty
Brown the sausage first then add cream of potato soup simmer on low 10 min.  
Lightly grease cake pan (I used an 11x7 cake pan).

Line the bottom of the pan with 1/2 the hashbrowns, pour the sausage/soup
mix over the top.  Put remainder of hashbrowns over the top.  Bake at 350° F. 
for 35 minutes or till hashbrowns are brown.  Remove from oven sprinkle cheese 
over the top and put back in the oven to melt cheese, about 10 minutes.  

Can be doubled for larger family (Makes large servings for four if served 
with eggs and toast).
