We accept all orders on a C.O.D. basis. For your convenience, we honor VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We guarantee custom digitized logos to accurately reflect the customer's written instructions. Claims for adjustments must be filed with us in writing within 10 days of the invoice date of the order. Our minimum charge on digitizing orders is $40.00.
Most customers have their designs delivered directly to their private email boxes. The embroidery design formats that we can email are Tajima, Melco expanded, and Melco condensed. We do not charge extra for this. The formats which must be delivered on diskette include Barudan FMC, Barudan FDR, non-DOS Tajima, Toyota, and Melco non-DOS. We charge a standard diskette fee of $2.50 per diskette, plus a shipping fee of $4.95 for up to 6 diskettes. We also supply Barudan and Tajima paper tapes for an additional charge of $30.00 per tape, plus additional shipping.
We welcome inquiries regarding contract embroidery. Our production facility operates several multi-head embroidery machines. We regularly embroider shirts, hats, towels, and bags, as well as custom-manufactured patches. All prices are by quotation only.
