| The 2005 Kaua'i Challenge had and exciting first day with all four number one seeds (Mater Dei, Memorial High School, Corona Del Mar, and defending champions, Roosevelt High School) going undefeated and winning their respective pools. Host, Kaua'i High School, qualified for the Friday morning pool by winning a dramatic comeback against tough Radford High of Oahu. Thursday's results and Friday's schedule are posted.
