K J Rule & Son car repair firm is celebrating after scooping a regional industry award for it s high standard of service.
K J Rule & Son were named South West region repairers of the year by Cooperative Insurance Society – CIS – as part of their annual awards to honor the company’s top-performing appointed repairers. The team of judges selected winners based on customer feed back, environmental procedures, quality audits and the general level of service provided.
“I am absolutely delighted,” said owner Keith Rule. “ To receive this award is fantastic news.” We always put the customer first; making sure that the job is first class and right when a car is returned to its owner.
“After 25 years in the business we have recently moved to a bigger purpose built-built body shop and we intend to maintain this successful philosophy for years to come.”
CIS’s chief motor engineer George Jessop said; “All of the repairers provide an excellent service, but it was felt that it would be right to reward the repairers who give that little extra and continually provide a level of service which exceeds our customers expectations.”
