Before they are going to Thermae you will find the ladies here in Beergarden, Soi 7. Open from noon until 2 am.

For me it is an outstanding place to go to in the afternoon (and later, of course). It is the atmosphere, good music, nice ladies. It is hassle- free, no hostesses, no bar-fine and you do not have to worry about the bill: it is controlled by a lady sitting at the cashier's-desk (with the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen).

Only once she was wrong. Check bin, khap, I want to pay, two coffee: 70 Baht  and I paid with a 500-Baht bill. The change was 530 Baht. I gave her 100 Baht back. It is only me, the one with djy dee the good heart.

Here there are several spirit - houses and holy trees, thus the ladies have places to pray that you will meet them and take them to farang- country, hopefully.

This beer-mat with the parrot is kind of a trade-mark.

Unfortunately the bird has left the place. 'He is gone for vacation to Pattaya!' that is what the manager told me.

Beergarden, Soi 7

You will meet many residents (foreigners living in Bangkok) here, too. A good place to chat and to exchange information.

The waitresses are wearing different colored 'uniforms' every day. I think this is because of the fact that in Thailand every day has its own color. Thursday is light-blue, for instance, and Friday is green. Have a look.

For us as farang it is especially beautiful when they are dressed in Thai costumes, while the ladies say: Ron mark mark, it is very hot. Acclaim how beautiful they look. May be you have a little present for them? They like fruit-gums for example.
You will not be anybody but somebody. Just an idea.

They offer different kinds of beer:
(60 Baht
to 'currency-calculator' - 95 Baht to 'currency-calculator')

  • Carlsberg draft

  • Kloster

  • Singha

  • Heineken

  • Franziskaner

and jugs (1 l) draft beer
(180 Baht
to 'currency-calculator' - 200 Baht to 'currency-calculator')

How to drink a beer?

to ' How to drink beer? '

Non alcoholic drinks:

  • coffee

  • tomato juice

  • Lipo (energetic drink)

Here they serve the best coffee gafae rorn, says my Thai lady and she is right as usual.

If you do not want to start too fast try

  • Sang Tip Soda (Sang Tip is a Thai liquor)

  • Sang Tip Coke

  • Black Soda (black labeled Whisky and soda)

You prefer wine? Try Cooler. You will never forget this 'candy-water'. The ladies like it with ice-cubes.

The latest hit for the ladies - for my Thai lady particularly - is 'Bacardi Breezer', kind of a cocktail. The offer three different flavors: lemon, pineapple, lime, 115 Baht to 'currency-calculator' each.

You do not have to starve: German-Swiss dishes. If you like it in Thailand!

The other day I ordered Thai food for my Thai lady and me. I asked the waiter: Aroi mai? Is it tasty? With a smile he aswered: Mai roo, khap. I do not know.

The very latest hit: Cuban cigars
Habano tabacos premium Cigars - handmade by beautiful women!

For those who are not interested in ladies there are two TV-sets installed showing sport- events.
