Amplifying Focus
This focus counts as a power focus for purposes of cost. It functions by absorbing, magnifying, and then reprojecting magic from spells cast by the wielder. It works similar to a magnifying glass for magic. Multiply the force and the number of successes achieved on the spell test. (For example: casting a force 4 mana bolt and getting 2 successes while using a rating 3 amplifying focus would result in the target resisting a force 13 mana bolt against 6 successes). This type of focus is brand new and has not hit the street yet. It was developed by NanoCyber's magical division using it's newly available surplus of Ohricalum for research. Only the highest paying bidders can even hope to get their hands on one of these.
