Klenk's CD-R Trading Domian
Hello all, and welcome to my list of CD-R's up for trade. At the current time, due to my busy schedule, I am only trading for CD-R's. No tapes or B&P's at this time. I promise, I'll do B&P's again in the near future, but I really just don't have the time now. My rules are simple and negotiable, but please take note of them.
- Try to do Disc-at-Once if possible. Most of my shows are done disc-at-once, and I'm trying to fix up the others to be DAO. For recent DMB shows, I don't mind too much if a show is done TAO, as DMB doesn't do too many segues anymore, due to a lack of creativity and laziness on their part, but that's a whole other issue. For Phish shows, try to make them DAO because they do a ton of segues and a two-second gap is really annoying.
- Send priority mail in padded envelopes or boxes. Tell me how many jewel cases you plan to send. I see no need to send a jewel case for every cd- It's just more of a hassle to get them into the envelope.
- I don't care too much about source info for DMB, but try to supply it for Phish shows, as most Phish traders want to know the source. Please tell me, though, if a show is sourced from an analog source or MP3 file, or something other than a DAT.
- Labels and artwork are a possibility if you are capable of doing them. Let me know if this interests you.
- My turnaround time is not extremely fast. I am not home a whole lot and have others in my house that need to use the computer. My rate is about 1 disc per night, as I'll put in a disc to copy before I go to sleep. So please give me some time, especially for larger trades.
- Don't rip me off, and you won't be ripped off. This is all about the exchange of high quality live music of great bands, so don't ruin it by being selfish. And of course, DO NOT SELL ANY RECORDINGS! YOU"LL JEOPARDIZE EVERYONE'S TAPING PRIVILEGES!
Select a band to see my list of their cds. I am interested in anything good, but especially Phish, Bela Fleck, Agents of Good Roots, Pat McGee Band, Barenaked Ladies, and Dave Matthews Band. If you can help me get recording of any of these bands, I would be greatly appreciative.
