Yarn: For four color version shown in sample, about 2 balls of worsted weight yarn for colors A, B, and D, and 3 balls for color C. (Sample knit with Dazzleaire). For three color version shown in second illustration below, about 3 balls of tan and black and 2 balls of white.
Schematics:

BACK - Four color version
With WY and open edge, cast on 78 (82) sts. K 6 rows. RC = 0. With color A, K until RC = 32. With color B, K until RC = 44. With color C, K until RC = 76. Place marker for sleeves on both edges. Continue with color C until RC = 94. With color B, K until RC = 106. With color D, K until RC = 138. Take off on three separate lengths of WY, 27 (28) sts for right shoulder, 24 (26) sts for back neck band, and 27 (28) sts for left shoulder.

Ribbing
Bring forward 78 (82) ndls. With WS facing you, hang sts from first row of color A on ndls. COL. K 16 rws with color B. Drop down every third st 15 rws and latch back up for 2 X 1 ribbing. BO with back st.

FRONT
Work the same as back until RC = 112. Take center 12 (14) sts off on WY. Push ndls on one side to HP. Continuing on the other side, dec. 1 st at neck edge every other row 6 times [27 (28) sts]. K until RC = 138. Take off sts on WY. Return ndls on the other side to WP. Reset RC to 112. Dec. 1 st. at neck edge every other row 6 times [27 (28) sts]. K until RC = 138. Take off on WY.

Ribbing
Work the same as back.

SLEEVES (Make two)
With WY and open edge, cast on 35 sts. K 6 rws. RC = 0. Work color sequence which follows and at the same time, inc 1 stitch at both edges every 5 rws 20 times. With color A, K until RC = 32. With color B, K until RC = 44. With color C, K until RC = 94. With color B, K until RC = 106. Remove 75 sts on WY or garter bar.

Ribbing
Bring forward 35 ndls. With WS facing you, hang stitches from first row of color A on ndls. COL. K 16 rws with color B. Drop down every third st 15 rws and latch back up for 2 X 1 ribbing. BO with back stitch.

RIGHT SHOULDER SEAM
Bring forward 27 (28) ndls. With RS facing you, hang last rw of sts from back right shoulder in ndls. Push behind latches. With WS facing you, hang sts from last rw of front right shoulder in hooks. Pull sts in hooks through sts behind latches. BO with latch tool chain st.

NECK BAND
Bring forward 53 (56) ndls. With WS facing you, pick up 9 (8) sts from left front neck edge, 12 (14) center front sts, 8 sts from right front neck edge, and 24 (26) back neck edge sts. K 8 rws. Drop down every third st 7 rws and latch back up for 2 X 1 ribbing. BO with back stitch.

ATTACH SLEEVES
Sew left shoulder seam the same as right shoulder seam. With RS facing you, pick up 75 sts evenly between sleeve markers on front and back. Push sts behind latches. With WS facing you, hang 75 sts from last rw of sleeve top into hooks. Pull stitches in hooks through sts behind latches. BO with latch tool chain st. Repeat for other sleeve.

FINISHING
Sew neck band seam. Sew side and sleeve seams

For three color version, use color A for color D in all directions above
