AgendaMaker
AgendaMaker is a $25
Macintosh shareware program for designed to help you collect,
organize, and communicate all the information in your life. The
program integrates notebook, task, calendar, alarm, mail, messaging,
and conferencing features into one seamless application - and all at
a reasonable shareware price.
Version 2.5 is now
available! This new version contains a few bug fixes and cosmetic
changes. See the "Downloading AgendaMaker"
section for details.
AgendaMaker
Features
- Alarms
- Alarm items can be created to remind you of important
appointments. Alarms can notify you by a flashing icon, vocal
message, or by automatically bringing AgendaMaker to the
foreground.
-
- Calendar
- Event items can be created to track important dates, such as
holidays, birthdays, etc. AgendaMaker's scheduling functions allow
you to see either everything you've scheduled, or focus on those
items you should be working on at the moment.
-
- To Do List
- AgendaMaker allows to track things to do (tasks), marking them
as finished when completed.
-
- Note Taking
- Generic note items can be created. AgendaMaker's tagging
abilities (projects, priorities, and statuses) make it useful for
collecting and organizing notes, writing memos, exchanging mail,
etc.
-
- Filters
- Filters can be created which limit items shown to those
matching certain criteria, such as high-priority items, unopened
mail, car project items, etc. The filters are very flexible. In
addition, the Find command may be used to search for items with
matching text within a filtered set.
-
- Tags
- Project, priority, and status tags can be created and assigned
to items to assist in organization. These tags work with Filters
to create subsets of items for viewing.
-
- Electronic Mail
- AgendaMaker can function as an effective mail system, with the
ability to send items across a network - including those linked by
modem via Remote Access. In addition to simply sending notes,
other items (tasks, events and alarms) can be sent as well to
update a co-worker's schedule, etc.
-
- Conferencing
- AgendaMaker allows you to hold online "conferences" with other
AgendaMaker users (one or multiple users), much like the
"conferene call" feature of modern phone systems.
-
- Messaging
- AgendaMaker allows you to send messages to other AgendaMaker
users.
-
- Graphic Views
- In addition to the standard list view, items may also be
viewed in graphical week or month format. All views may be printed
on a printer.

How
much does AgendaMaker cost?
I ask that you pay $25 per copy of
AgendaMaker (Single-User License). If you prefer, for $125 you may
use AgendaMaker on every computer at your site (Site License). For
$500, you may use AgendaMaker on every computer within your
organization (World-Wide License). After you pay, bug-fix updates are
free, and new versions are discounted.
Once you pay, you will receive a registration number with which
you can personalize your copy of AgendaMaker. Unregistered copies
are fully functional. The only difference is that the Startup
Window is always displayed whenever an unregistered copy is started.
Online payment via credit card is accepted through the Kagi
payment service.

plenty of memory is available. Version 2.4 fixes this problem.

- Days were not being labelled properly when printing graphic
