What is Lake Anna Plaza??   It is 35.86 acres of resort development zoned land, formally Lake Anna Family Campground.  At present there are ten townhouse units under construction.  New Bridge Market & Deli and Blount Realty are existing businesses.  There is about 20 acres set aside for commerical and 9.6 acres set aside for recreation.

What is recreation land??  There is 9.6 acres designated as recreational because of zoning requirements. This is for wildlife, hiking, etc. There is about 10 acres of Vepco land as well on which owners have recreation rights.

What about dues and restrictions??  Restrictions and bylaws have not yet been drawn, however we anticipate that dues will need to be $50. per month.
