Salvation Salvation My friends your salvation is very important and there are many organizations
out there that say that you need to go to them if you want to be saved.
One of these organizations that make this claim is the WatchTower Bible
and Tract Society. AKA The Jehovah's Witnesses. The Bible tells us to test
all things by the word of God.
Let's compare the teachings of the Bible and the teachings of the W.T. to
see if they will stand up to the test. These quotes are from their own magazines,
which are from their leaders. Also I have included references so you may
check them out. Original copies available on request.
The W.T. Says: Come to "Jehovah's organization for salvation".
wt. 11/15/81 pg.21
Jesus said: I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the
Father, but by me. (John 14:6, KJV)
The W.T. Says: "Your attitude toward the wheatlike anointed "brothers"
of Christ (their leaders) and the treatment you accord them will be the
determining factor as to whether you go into "everlasting cutting-off"
or receive "everlasting life." wt.8/1/81 p.26
The Bible says: He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the
Son of God hath not life. (1John 5:12,KJV)
The W.T. Says: "So,recognition of that governing body and its place
in God's theocratic arrangement of things is necessary for submission to
the headship of God's Son." wt. 12/15/72 pg.755.
Jesus said: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice,
and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he
with me. (Revelation 3:20,KJV)
The W.T. Says: "Put faith in a victorious organization!" wt.3/1/79

The Bible says: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should
not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust
that he will yet deliver us;
(2Corinthians 1:10,KJV)
The W.T. Says: "Those who desire life in the New Order must come into
a right relationship with the organization." wt.11/15/81 pg.16-17
Jesus said: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I
will give you rest.( Matthew 11:28, KJV)
The W.T. Says: "To receive everlasting life in the earthly Paradise
we must identify that organization and serve God as part of it." wt.
2/15/83 pg.12
The Bible says: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus (1Timothy 2:5, KJV).
The W.T. Says:" Unless we are in touch with this channel of communication
that God is using, (Their organization) we will not progress along the road
to life, no matter how much Bible reading we do." wt. 12/1/81 pg.27
The Bible says: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable
for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
. (2 Tim 3:16)
So as you can see that they claim that you need to come to them for salvation,
but the Bible says that you only need to come to Jesus. He is the one you
need to come to and serve, for He is the only one who can give you salvation,
as the Bible says so in the following Scriptures.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under
heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12, KJV)

And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved,
and thy house. (Acts 16:31, KJV)
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9,10 KJV)
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son
of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe
on the name of the Son of God.
(1John 5:13, KJV)
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on
him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation;
but is passed from death unto life.
(John 5:24, KJV)
As you can see when you accept Jesus as your Lord and savior, you recive
the gift of eternal life. Just say this prayer and mean it. Lord Jesus I
believe you died for me and I ask you to forgive my sins and ask you to
come in to my heart and be my Lord and savior, and I want to live for you
