To my son Thomas Donnelly, I direct devise and bequeath my farm of land stock and crop and all of which I die possessed, with the undermentioned conditions:
1) that Thomas pays to my son Patrick the sum of two pounds sterling.
2) to my daughter Bridget I bequeath the sum of twenty pounds sterling
