AGAPE CHRISTIAN NETWORK MINISTRIES (ACNET)
MISSION STATEMENT
ACNET is a fellowship of Christians commissioned to go throughout the world proclaiming the Good News that Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God, the promised Messiah, the Holy One of Israel.
VISION
As a Network, we seek to provide Christian and Internet resources to BBS systems operators (Sysops) and end users by creating, promoting, endorsing, and monitoring areas of communication (conferences, chat areas, graphics, files, etc.). We shall strive to ensure all-age appropriate materials reflecting Judeo-Christian family values.
ACCOMPLISHING THE MISSION
1. ACNET Officers will continually investigate, create, implement, and offer new means of disseminating information and providing technology to sysops and end users. This shall include vehicles of transmitting BBS mail packets utilizing Internet technology.
2. ACNET shall maintain an easily accessed webpage supplying support and new technology.
3. ACNET shall seek to expand nationally and internationally
4. ACNET shall seek to provide resources to sysops such as information packets, software, direct assistance, and technology assistance.
5. ACNET shall maintain updated ftp site containing appropriate files, software and information packets.
6. ACNET shall provide a Filebone system for SysOps who may wish to participate. This shall be known as the ACNET DRYBONE system.
7. ACNET shall provide an Internet Chat system to be made available to all possessing Internet technology.
ACNET CREED
ACNET is dedicated to God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the Trinity; this being defined as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit as being three Persons of the One True God. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God as spoken through His Son and His prophets.
