........ Our showroom hours are 9:30am to 7pm Monday through Friday.
And Saturday's a Rugby day.
If we aren't working a tournament or playing we prefer to be here 10am
to 1pm on Saturdays (Eastern Standard Time). If you're coming by the
warehouse after work give us a call and we'll be glad to extend our hours
for you.
........ During rugby season you can also catch our hard working staff
just about anytime of day, so go ahead and pick up the phone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
....... Leather Balls, Ltd. is as serious about the on-time delivery
of your jerseys as we are about their quality. If we miss a shipping
deadline, your jerseys will be discounted for each day they are late.
....... In-stock items will ship immediately. Allow 1-3 weeks jersey
manufacturing time, including first-time custom orders. Allow 4-6 weeks
for custom team kit bag and jackets.
....... The manufacturing of your order can not begin until all information
is in our hands. Which includes: A Cash, Check or Credit Card Deposit A
Complete description of your item A TYPED list of player names and/or numbers
for individualization Any and all artwork for team logos, sponsors, etc.
Once we have all this information only then can we set a final shipping
date for your order. ....... Any changes to orders in progress may effect
delivery.
ESTIMATION POLICY
....... When initiating a custom order like team jerseys, jackets,
kit bags, tees, embroideries, patches or pins it is the policy of Leather
Balls, Ltd. to provide customers with solid cost estimates. Changes in
the original order may affect the final cost of your order. Such changes
include, but are not limited to; Items added later to the original order
Individual customizations, Unfinished artwork, Additional colors to print
or embroider
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICIES
....... Leather Balls, Ltd. accepts checks, American Express, Visa,
Master Card, and school or business purchase orders.
....... Payment in full is required before your final order can be
shipped to you. We will also accept a deposit held on a credit card to
authorize work to begin or until your check can reach us.
INVENTORY POLICY
....... We, not a distant overseas manufacturer, control the delivery
and quality of your jersey. At Leather Balls, Ltd. we can manufacture all
non-stock designs quickly. Our inventory policy assures your order maintains
the high standard we have set for quality.
....... Leather Balls, Ltd. is particularly proud of how strong and
lasting our jerseys are. One of the major contributing factors to that
strength is our shirts are literally "made fresh" for your club
when you place your order.
....... Each season we stock new yarn from which we make the jerseys
for that season. While cotton is the best and most comfortable fiber you
can play in, it is also an organic material. If left to sit around a storeroom
a natural deterioration can occur that may compromise the integrity of
the fibers.
....... For this reason, it is our policy not to stock single patterns
if the fabric will not be put to use right away. However, if your club
wants us to stock your pattern for individual orders, please make arrangements
with our sales staff.
....... Unlike our jerseys, much of our equipment must be ordered from
overseas or direct from manufactures. We do our best to anticipate our
customers' needs and keep as many items as possible in stock at all times.
Should these factors inhibit delivery we will keep you informed.

....... Leather Balls, Ltd. maintains a full service Art Department
to meet their customers' print and embroidery needs.
CAMERA-READY ARTWORK
....... In order to avoid additional charges to your order all artwork
provided by our customers must be camera-ready. Camera- Ready basically
means for every individual color you want to screen print you must have
a separate layer cleanly drawn in black & white as you want it to appear
in print. ....... If you are not certain your art is "Camera-Ready",
please give us a call before you send us your logo or tee shirt design
to reproduce. We will be glad to help.
COMPUTER GRAPHICS
....... The Leather Balls, Ltd. Art Department works primarily on Macintosh
equipment with the latest in industry standard graphics, illustration and
desktop publishing software. If you are unable to provide Mac formatted
art on disk please give us a call to discuss which PC formats are most
likely to yield success with your graphics. If we need to clean up your
