West Roxbury Neighborhood Council

Meeting Minutes – February 28, 2006

City of Boston Credit Union

Gregg Donovan from G.A. Donovan Management Consulting Corporation and Daniel G. Trombley, Chief Executive Officer of the City of Boston Credit Union, presented their proposal for a new branch location of the City of Boston Credit Union at the Shaws Plaza on Spring Steet.

They require a variance from the zoning board of appeal to operate a drive-through window as part of their services.  The drive-through use is conditional, directly attached to the business that acquires it.  Should the credit union cease to exist, so too would the operation of the drive through.  Any future business that seeks to occupy this space and pursue the use of the drive-through would be required to reapply for approval.

A motion to support the conditional variance for a drive-through window passed unanimously.
