The long cabin is paneled in polished modwir and shining brass lamps hang from the ceiling, their reflective surfaces adorning the dark interior like jewelry. Along the portside bulkhead is a low bar, finely crafted in the same richly veined wood. Heaping baskets of tarts are spaced at regular intervals along it. In the chamber's center sits a small wooden platform, looking for all the world like a stage. No doubt a few bards number among the crew. You also see a small slatted door bearing a plaque that reads 'Pantry' and a carved modwir door.

The pantry is small, apparently leaving most of the real preparation of victuals to the galley on the main deck. A prepping table sits against the bulkhead, along with a couple of barrels. Racks of utensils line the bulwarks and a large stack of baskets takes most of the remaining space. These are filled with tarts and various other pastries. The business of sailing the Spitfire must work up a considerable taste for sweets. You also see a wee halfling lad who is lying down, a small slatted door and a round polished maple table with some stuff on it.

On the polished maple table you see an iced blackberry tart, a cream-filled lemon tart, a frosted blueberry tart, an iced chocolate tart and a frosted walnut tart.

Dirty knotty pine walls covered with a fine layer of dust surround you in this filthy room. Cluttered racks, shelves and a counter, all strewn with items, assure you that finding the items you may want in this room will be a chore. The sweet aroma of freshly baked pastries almost covers the underlying stench. A small hole behind the counter shows signs of being a well-traveled path. You also see a hand-brushed sign, a small counter with some stuff on it and a knotty pine door.

This room is small in size, but loaded with piles of clothing, cloaks, armor, weapons and just odds and ends. This merchant is not organized at all. He was right about one thing, judging from his collection, he does seem to have been all over the realm. Just hope that hole takes you back where you came from. You also see a rotting thanot box.

The longboat is constructed of polished white planks traversed with butter-yellow oak ribs. Diffused light permeates the canvas tarp covering the boat -- and you -- creating a cozy enclosure, albeit a low-ceilinged one. The halfling sitting here appears to be quite at home. He bends over a small object, totally engrossed, while his hands work over it so rapidly it's hard to follow their progress. His busy eyebrows dance in league with his flying fingers. You also see the Daegot disk, a small chest, the starboard rail and a battered driftwood sign.

The galley spans the aft end of the Deckhouse, with a door leading out to starboard. A work counter fills the north wall, and cabinets are built above and beneath it. The stove sits opposite, its smokepipe extending through the roof. Large kettles bubble on the stove's black, iron grill, filling the galley with the aroma of a hearty stew. Obviously, these sailors eat well, at least while they're in port. You also see a well-used table with some stuff on it and a work counter with some stuff on it.

Octogenarian barnacles line the side of the ship and clump in a huge mass making a sturdy enough stairway. A few mossy planks have been strapped here and there to patch the gaps. A rickety raft floats below. You also see a mass of barnacles with some stuff on it and the edge of the railing.

A large mahogany bar dominates most of the floorspace in this cabin. Silver ale taps rise from behind the bar like necks of graceful swans, their tops brushing slightly against the numerous pewter goblets and ceramic steins which have been hung from teak ceiling racks. A small linen covered table has been set up in the middle of the room, providing an interesting array of small snacks and beverages for those wandering past. You also see a small linen covered table with some stuff on it and a carved door.

Plush carpets woven from golden wool cover the floor of this small room. Long multicolored tapestries hang from the cabin's mahogany walls, muffling the sounds made by patrons as they peruse the shop's wares. A small oak display case sits in the center of the room, illuminated by a silver oil lamp hung from the ceiling, and a polished walnut table has been placed against the far wall, directly beneath a small closed porthole. You also see a glass of sweet wine, a silver tub and a bright blue sign.

Freshly-scrubbed halfling clerks in gaily colored aprons stand over the trunks of merchandise, ready to assist customers. Oil-lamps hanging from the bulkheads illuminate the room with a bright glow, and a richly embroidered carpet has been laid on the deck to minimize the creaking of the boards. You also see an oaken ladder, a small wooden table with some stuff on it, a large engraved sign and a prominent notice.

The wooden deck of the storage area creaks slightly under your feet, and a small porthole provides a limited view of the water outside. The walls of the alcove are comprised of various crates stenciled with incomprehensible inscriptions. Toward the back of the enclosure, an especially large container has a series of curious glyphs on it that seem to shift and change if you stare at them long enough. You also see a large treasure chest, a chipped and weathered table with some stuff on it, a small placard, a brass and modwir dresser, a very IMPORTANT sign and a broken stepladder with some stuff on it.

A horde of kobolds fills this humid cabin. Seated at long tables, their mass moves ceaselessly, some of them stitching lengths of cloth, others trimming excess fabric from nearly finished garments. From time to time one of them will summon a burly-looking halfling pirate to carry a heap of clothing through a canvas flap at the front of the room. Candles flicker from their mounts on the walls, chasing the shadows away to the corners of the room. You also see a burly halfling pirate.

Obvious exits: north, south, northeast, northwest, southeast, southwest, out.

You hear a pitiful cry from beyond the tent flap, as if something -- or someone -- was crying for help. Noticing your concern, the pirate stammers, "Er... That was probably just one of our well-fed and taken care of tailors who is not being held against its will... um... pokin' itself with a needle... or... something!"

Wooden crates line the walls from floor to ceiling, creating an even more claustrophobic feeling than in the rest of this cabin. Some of the crates have been hastily opened with a large, blunt object, and their contents carted off to places unknown. You also see a blackened enruned archway, a broken chest, an IMPORTANT sign and a huge wooden crate with some stuff on it.

This compartment is neither hot nor cold, neither wet nor dry, neither bright nor dark. Somehow, this room is completely neutral. Portals lead in all directions, or do all portals lead here? The rune-etched bright steel walls of this compartment hum with hidden energy, gently vibrating everything in the room. Amazingly bright light reflects off all the surfaces, forcing people to shade their eyes or squint. You also see an engraved sign, a blued steel shelf with some stuff on it and a gleaming steel mannequin with some stuff on it.

Thick brass plating has been firmly riveted to the walls and floor, perhaps in an attempt to protect the wood underneath from damage. Runes of uncertain origin have been etched on the brass sheets, and they cover every surface of this small compartment. The space is uncomfortably warm, as heat seems to be radiating from the metal-lined walls. You also see a fiery red mannequin with some stuff on it, an engraved sign and a sturdy black iron shelf with some stuff on it.

A stiff breeze blows through this compartment, although it's impossible to determine its source. The walls and floor are simple wood planking, neatly varnished. The ceiling seems to be missing, but that couldn't be.... You also see an engraved sign, a pure white mannequin with some stuff on it and a filigree veniom shelf with some stuff on it.

A hot, stiff breeze blows through this compartment, surprisingly exhilarating and uncomfortable at the same time. The surfaces in this room are covered with an odd spongy material that springs back slowly when pushed or prodded, and a strange light streams from the floor, giving the entire compartment an otherworldly feel. You also see a gleaming bronze shelf with some stuff on it, a bright bronze mannequin with some stuff on it and an engraved sign.

On the bronze mannequin you see a reinforced leather satchel, an enruned quilted leather jacket, some bronze-scaled boots, a quilted leather pack, an amorphous bronze clasp, some bronze mesh gloves and a shimmering bronze-scaled cloak.

Hundreds and thousands of tiny crystals are embedded in every surface in this compartment, making even the tiniest motion cause a cascade of reflections and sparkles. Beams of multicolored light bounce off the walls, floor, and ceiling, making a spectacular display of beauty. You also see a glittering crystal shelf with some stuff on it, an engraved sign and a translucent mannequin with some stuff on it.

Rough granite slabs have been somehow attached to the walls and ceiling here, giving the impression of being in a freshly-hewn subterranean room. It is dark and damp, and packed dirt covers the floor. You also see a massive granite shelf with some stuff on it, a dark brown mannequin with some stuff on it and an engraved sign.

Coarse rock covers the floor, as if it had flowed in from sources unknown, then hardened in place. Scorchmarks and charring cover the walls, as if the floor was afire some time in the very recent past. The air is hot, thick, and smoky, making it very hard to breathe. You also see a dark red mannequin with some stuff on it, a polished obsidian shelf with some stuff on it and an engraved sign.

On the obsidian shelf you see a cracked obsidian wand, a fused gold coin wand, a coiled gold dragon earcuff, a rune-covered black ora wand and a scorched silver skullcap.

On the red mannequin you see some scaled red leather trousers, a heavy black iron mesh satchel, a sinister black iron mesh cloak, some heavy thick-soled boots, a faceted obsidian earring, an iron-clasped pyrothag hide pack, an enruned pyrothag hide jacket and some heavy pyrothag hide gauntlets.

It's difficult to see through the thick haze that has settled in this compartment. Shadowy figures move quietly through the fog, creating thick swirling patterns all around. You also vaguely see a smoke grey mannequin that might have some stuff on it, and you think you see a metal shelf with some stuff on it.... You also see an engraved sign.

On the grey mannequin you see a hazy crystal earring, an enruned night hound hide jacket, a smoke grey spidersilk satchel, some thigh-high light grey boots, some dark spidersilk breeches, a dark grey spidersilk pack and a smoke grey spidersilk cloak.

On the metal shelf you see an amethyst cabochon headband, a honey-colored tumbled amber anklet, a boiled leather wand, a warped modwir wand and a hazy crystal wand.

The walls, floor, and ceiling have all been entirely lined with huge, silver-framed aquariums. Colorful fish swim about, occasionally stopping to view the motion in the compartment. The thick glass floor underneath reveals more water, and to a depth you can't begin to imagine. You also see a bright blue mannequin with some stuff on it, an engraved sign and a rune-etched glass shelf with some stuff on it.

On the blue mannequin you see a silver wave earring, a shimmering silver mesh satchel, some glittering scaled boots, a flowing blue and silver cloak, some deep blue watered silk breeches, a deep blue watered silk sack, a silver-dusted deep blue silk pack and an enruned sea thrak hide jacket.

On the glass shelf you see a rough pink coral wand, a fish skeleton wand, some silver shark fin earrings, a pearl-inlaid turquoise wand, a polished blue coral bracelet and an inlaid mother of pearl circlet.

The narrow compartment is piled high with shelves and racks, each displaying a bewildering chaos of plaids, tartans and furs. A scowling halfling stands behind one of the counters, re-arranging the pleats on a greatkilt. You also see a small maple door, a kilt display with some stuff on it, a large sign, a gillies and hose stand, a moggan drawer, a kilt pin box and a sturdy wardrobe.

It reads:

For those of ye who are unaware of the nature of the beast, gillies are shoes, moggans are a sort of footless stocking that can be used as a small purse, sash and plaides are worn across the shoulder and chest and can be used to carry several small objects, and a sporran is a leather purse worn attached to the front of the kilt. The bonnets are men's brimless hats, and cockades are rosettes of ribbon or leather, not some frilly lace thing with ties!

On the kilt display you see a pleated blue and purple kilt, a crimson and heather tartan kilt, a black and gold plaid kilt, a black and green plaid kilt, a red and black plaid kilt, a black and blue plaid kilt and a black and grey plaid kilt.

On the gillies stand you see a pair of plain gillies and hose, a pair of black gillies and hose, a pair of red gillies and hose, a pair of blue gillies and hose, a pair of grey gillies and hose, a pair of green gillies and hose and a pair of white gillies and hose.

In the moggan drawer you see some blue and green tartan moggans, some heather brown moggans, some sheperd-check moggans, some green and brown plaid moggans, some white and blue plaid moggans, some red and black plaid moggans and some grey and black plaid moggans.

In the kilt pin box you see a silver and jet puma kilt pin, a silver and gold knot kilt pin, a copper and malachite kilt pin, a wrought iron claidhmore kilt pin, a silvery falchion kilt pin, a white gold flail kilt pin, a copper soyvn clove kilt pin, a silver woth flower kilt pin and an enameled firethorn kilt pin.

In the sturdy wardrobe you see a grey and white tartan greatkilt, a crimson and black tartan greatkilt, a green and blue plaid greatkilt, a blue and gold tartan greatkilt, a red and green plaid greatkilt, a burgundy and black plaid greatkilt, an orange and crimson plaid greatkilt, a black and silver plaid greatkilt and a green and heather greatkilt.

A profusion of clashing plaids lines the bulkheads, interrupted only by a narrow hatchway at the rear of the compartment. You also see a row of bonnet pegs with some stuff on it, a sporran chest, a narrow hatchway, a clothing rack with some stuff on it, a kilt pin case, a sash and plaide hanger with some stuff on it and a sash and plaide note.

On the bonnet pegs you see a cockaded crimson wool bonnet, a cockaded black wool bonnet, a beribboned blue tartan bonnet, a cockaded grey tartan bonnet, a beribboned heather plaid bonnet, a green and brown tartan bonnet, a cockaded golden wool bonnet, a bright orange plaid bonnet and a beribboned black and red bonnet.

In the sporran chest you see a woolly rolton hide sporran, a battered leather sporran, a lynx hide sporran, a golden fur sporran, a dark leather sporran, a black fur sporran, a white fur sporran, a fire rat tail sporran and a puma fur sporran.

On the clothing rack you see a pleated shepherd-check kilt, a heather and green plaid kilt, a grey and ivory plaid kilt, a green and brown plaid kilt, a blue and purple plaid kilt, a blue and white plaid kilt, a pleated crimson tartan kilt, a black and tan plaid kilt and a pleated black wool kilt.

One large brass oil lamp, aft, supplies light for the entire cabin. A single ironwood counter extends from bulkhead to bulkhead, separating customers from salespeople. Squat, wide and heavily polished, a freestanding ironwood cabinet resides in front of the counter, displaying merchandise for the discerning buyer. Behind the counter, salespeople bustle noisily about, and, in the far corner, a halfling frowns over an immense stack of ledgers. You also see a carved modwir door, a big hand-lettered notice and a carved sign.

In the ironwood cabinet you see an aqua glass frothy sea foam tiara, a black glass electric eel circlet, a golden glass dancing flame crown, a purple glass faceted iceberg coronet and a milky glass waving seaweed diadem.

Three smoky brass oil lamps, mounted on the bulkheads, hazily illuminate this cramped cabin. A counter extends from one wall, turns at a right angle, and connects to another wall, barring passage and allowing only a small area in which to stand. Behind the counter a young halfling leans over a spinning wheel, intently polishing the tips on a glittering glass circlet. A far table contains a fire-making mechanism of some sort, lit, and a rack on the wall holds several long steel pipes. You also see a carved sign.

Figurines be imbeddable.

On the counter you see an orange glass shelfae warlord figurine (2.5k), a misty glass sea nymph figurine (1k), a golden glass pale crab figurine (500), a smoky glass greater kappa figurine (1.5k) and a violet glass water witch figurine (2k).

The teakwood floor of this cabin is spotless and the brass rail around the cabin is polished to a high shine. On the wall is a framed painting of a small grassy hill with a gold-knobbed and round red wooden door in its flank. You also see a flowery embroidered sign, a silver rack with some stuff on it, a curtained opening, a mahogany hat rack with some stuff on it, an ornate maple armoire, a shiny red round wooden door, a brass rack with some stuff on it, a cedar chest and a halfling sales clerk.

In the ornate maple armoire you see a sleeveless saffron blouse, an ankle-length spidersilk skirt, a frilled white satin blouse, a sable-trimmed white ermine gown, a long-sleeved soft chambray blouse, a lace-trimmed pink gingham dress, an embroidered soft chamois blouse and a pair of red heavy woolen leggings.

On the brass rack you see a brown tweed waistcoat, a long black satin-collared cloak and a fleece-lined tanned leather cloak.

In the cedar chest you see a pair of grey twill trousers, a plaid heavy woolen shirt, a crisp white cotton shirt and a frilly white satin shirt.

A multitude of scents and colors overwhelms your senses as you step into the tiny cabin. The room is lit by the warm flames of dozens of flickering candles reflecting shimmering light on the colorful brocade tapestries that line the walls, and the air is filled with the smoke of exotic incenses. You also see a low oaken door, a painted wooden table with some stuff on it and a carved oaken shelf with some stuff on it.

On the wooden table you see some pink rose incense, some white vanilla incense, some pale sandalwood incense, some golden spice incense, some amber musk incense, some green pine incense, some dark chocolate incense and some black sulphur incense.

On the oaken shelf you see a carved rose-shaped candle, a pure white candle, a golden beeswax candle, a slender black candle, a delicate pink beeswax candle, a slender blood-red candle, a midnight blue candle, a gilded white candle, a scented green candle, a white skull-shaped candle, a carved black candle and a scented blue candle.

Old crates and boxes are stacked haphazardly around the room, some so high they appear ready to fall over at any moment. A few of the boxes have been pried open, and others have been emptied onto tables for display. You also see a workbench with some stuff on it, a small wooden door, a dented steel case and a battered crate.

On the workbench you see a soft leather backpack, a braided leather belt, a tanned wide-brim hat, a leather locksmith's belt, some soft leather boots and a rugged leather cloak.

In the steel case you see some full orc hide leather and some studded troll hide armor.

In the battered crate you see a small chest carving, a scarab pendant, a miniature lockpick carving and a faded leather shoulder pack.

Several displays have been set in the center of a room filled with assorted containers. The containers are stacked so high surrounding the few that have been opened that it's difficult to tell if the room has walls, or just stacked boxes. A small gap between them allows movement to the north. You also see a display table with some stuff on it, a large oak counter with some stuff on it and a battered thanot crate.

On the display table you see a glaes bastard sword, a heavy glaes pilum, a silver hilted vultite flamberge, a fel shaft mithril awl-pike, an imflass main gauche, a deep red vultite halberd and a modwir hafted imflass mattock.

On the oak counter you see an ice blue glaes hammer, a modwir hafted vultite crowbill, a glaes manople, a braided leather bullwhip, a blackened imflass dirk, a heavy vultite battle axe, a vultite studded claw, a vultite studded ball and chain and a smokey mein backsword.

In the thanot crate you see a dwarven mining backpack, a mithril hilted vultite falchion, an ice blue glaes broadsword and a glaes dwarven mining axe.

The polished wood deck reflects the sunlight streaming through the portholes. Small paintings depicting marine life decorate the walls. You also see a delicately etched jewelry case, a long bench with some stuff on it, a small sign, a clothes rack with some stuff on it, an engraved sign, a carved jewelry box and a painted mahogany door.

In the etched jewelry case you see a crystal and gold dragonfly comb, a delicate topaz and glass bracelet, a lapis lazuli dragonfly pendant, a pair of opal lily earrings, a pair of topaz and glass earrings, an opal and diamond lily pendant, a gold diamond-cut bangle, a crystal dragonfly pin and a lily-shaped carved opal comb.

On the jacket rack you see a stylish silver-buckled jacket, a fitted leather-trimmed jacket, a long velvet-trimmed jacket, an elegant fur-trimmed jacket and an intricately embroidered jacket.

Garishly painted in a nightmare of orange and yellow, this cluttered and claustrophic closet of a room is filled with an amazing conglomeration of puzzles, tricks and novelties. A dented tin tub dangles from the ceiling, a badly frayed rope the only thing keeping it from plummeting to the floor. You also see a slatted wooden sliding door and a hanging length of twine with some stuff on it.

In the tin tub you see a snarling Spitfire pirate doll, a golden feathered pinwheel, a refreshing mug of berry juice, an odd two-headed coin, a hookbeaked parrot's mask and a black pirate's eyepatch.

On the length of twine you see a slimy glaes wand, a funny critterstick and a slithering snakestick.

It's awfully dark in this tiny space, not to mention the smell is dank and dusty. A large wooden crate propped up against one wall is all that keeps this room from being entirely empty. Water annoyingly drips down from above, the steady tapping noise excruciating.
