Minis I built all the mini furniture using plans from the New Yankee Workshop books. I used full-scale techniques, and everything is fully functional. I met Norm Abram (host of the NYW) at a show. I brought my furniture - he was very impressed. I learned how to make furniture from watching the show and reading the books.
Arbor Bench
Shaker wood box with tinder box on top, Shaker step stool. These were my gifts for Tom and Louise of the Dollhouse List.
English Cricket Table - according to Norm. My friend Phil, who's British, called it a Tripos. This is my grandfather's Christmas present. He's terribly difficult to find gifts for, but now I do woodworking it's much easier. He's got all the tools listed in Norm's book Measure Twice, Cut Once.
Working garden swing.
Child's wagon. Everything works - the wheels move, the front wheels are steerable, the handle swings, and the sides are removable.
Workbench. The vise works. Trestle table. It can be disassembled, like the real one.
Shaker corner cupboard. The hardware is by VIX/Scalemaster, now made by Classic Miniatures.
