John William Evans

John William Evans was born in December 1857 in MS.   He married Mary Josephine Isabella Sumner on April 4, 1883 in Sumner, Tallahatchie Co., MS.  They had 8 children born in Tallahatchie Co.   He and his wife Mary are buried in the Indian Mound Cemetery in Tallahatchie Co.
