True dat!

~Lil Kim's acceptance speech for the Lady of Soul Award demonstrated the use of ebonics in it's fullest effect.  As if, the explicit lyrics in the music were not enough she just had to put the G in ghetto in front of the entire world.

~Bill Belamy's movie "How to be a player!" was taken too serious by news media. African-American sterotypes should not have been a factor when screening this film.  Yes, there might be a problem with blackmen being monogamice.  But blackmen don't have to view this film to polish there skills, because i'm sure someone already has the Cliff notes.

~Rumor has it that the biggest mouth in the east, Wendy Williams had a fight in the studio.  Ihe other opponents name has yet to be revealed, but as soon as we here it, you hear it!

I feel you!

~ Is the East Coast - West Coast war over?  Will rappers come together under one nation to up lift the communities?  


~ How much of the million dollar music industry is going in to the pockets of rappers?  And, what percentage of that is going back to the destitute communities talked about in lyrics?  Lyrics that illustrate poverty, drugs, lack of education, and death.


~ It's been 1 year after the lost of Tupac Shakur.  Is the community still in shock at the murder of this talented young man? Or, looking at the big picture to save our children? We must come together and stop the black on black crime that is spilling into the entertainment industry.  R.I.P Tupac!

* All we have are our communities! Once they are destroyed we have nothing!
