It has come to my attention -- via some angry Sailormoon fans -- that I should not have used the word "scouts" while referring to the Outer Senshi. For this, I am very sorry. I realize my mistake. However, the graphic is already being used & I don't have the time to make a new one. I will make a new picture at a later date. Again, I am sorry for using the Americanized noun in referring to the excellent Senshi.
The Outer Senshi are pleased to present: their very first website award! It's called the "We Love You Award!" As it is commonly known, the Outer Senshi are mature, wise, and powerful -- perfect candidates to be on the selection committee for an award of this kind. Therefore, this award is pretty difficult to attain. In order to win, you must impress these ladies with your site. It has to be a Sailormoon related site -- with the primary focus being Sailormoon. Any Sailormoon site can be eligible (this includes Shrines, Informational, Clubs, Internet Mags, etc.).
The selection process may take some time. Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru will complete a worksheet and rate all sites in seven categories on a scale of 1 to 5. Here is what they are looking for:
1. Creativity
2. Originality
3. Passion
4. Fun
5. Intellectualism (this includes good grammar and spelling)
6. Variety
7. Correct information
If you recieve an overall score of 24, you'll win the award (basically a 3.5 average in each category).
Now, I don't pretend to say that this award is impossible to receive. Many wonderful sites have attained it. Here are two prime examples: Pluto Planet Power! and ChibiMoon's Yummilicious Sweet Tooth! So, the good Senshi wish you luck. One final thing, Hotaru has a little bit of advice for potential candidates: "If your site is new & not well developed just yet, don't apply. Wait until your site is fabulous and impressive. If you wait to apply, I promise you'll be glad :-)" Here's the award:
