Father, I Thank You
So they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said "Father, I thank You
that you listened to me. I know that you always listen to me, but because of the multitude that stands around I said this, that they may believe that you sent me."
When he had said this, he cried with a loud voice,
"Lazarus, come out!" He who was dead came out, bound hand and foot with wrappings, and his face was wrapped around with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Free him, and let him go."
What an amazing witness to the glory of the Father. A man who had been dead for four days, arose to Life by the Spoken Word of Christ Jesus. The Spoken Words of supreme confidence that shattered human notions of Life and Death.
There is an even greater lesson to revealed by this event. Here we see the perfect dialog of the Son and his relationship to the Father. Let us lift our eyes of understanding to God The Father as did Christ Jesus. For Jesus knew the source of Life was in The Father, of whom he sought to give witness to others.
This is the great secret of how in Christ we are to do the Father’s works. As we believe in the ways of the Son, we too are given the keys to the same glorious power. We must practice the exercise of believing in the power of the Father, first in the small issues of Life. Let us always give thanks when God grants our sure success. As we become practiced in the ways of Christ, let our hearts be pure and free from selfish human ambition. Let us be dead to self and human doubt. Let us know only the Life of Christ within. In such a pure state of Christ Consciousness, we will in time, do even greater works of faith.
When we are alone in prayer and meditation, such a state is easy to enter. But we are also to go into the world where there are legions of doubts and fears. The Light of Christ is not always accepted by many who are versed in the lower ways of human agenda. We must never feel their corrupting influence if we are to maintain our faith.
Therefore many of the Jews, who came to Mary and saw that which Jesus did, believed in him. But some of them went away to the Pharisees, and told them the things which Jesus had done. The chief priests therefore and the Pharisees gathered a council, and said, "What are we doing? For this man does many signs. If we leave him alone like this, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation."
Ask yourself...How would a Man like Christ Jesus be accepted today? Would the worlds religions embrace him or brand him as a heretic? Would the raising of Lararus from death be treated fairly by the news media?
What is going to happen when the Sons of God are unveiled before the world? Will the churches, governments, medical establishments, charities and all others who peddle their wares and services in the name of humanity graciously step aside?
Human misery and death are a big business which is jealously protected by it’s purveyors. Those who profit much are in constant vigil against the workings of the Holy Spirit. There will be many lies and misrepresentations given to thwart the initial work. Human religion and modern medicine will create it’s own false miracles to lead many astray. Many who cannot accept grace will be confounded by many false signs and wonders.
We Will Not Be Decieved!
Almighty God the Father will deal with these many issues ahead. Fear not and be focused only on your Christ as you press on to victory. The Light of Truth shall burn the idols of human error. Be assured that the many Sons of God will prevail in this transition of power.
We shall inherit the Earth!
