Janice Enslen to marry Michael Harden

Janice Elizabeth Enslen, daughter of Keith Enslen and the late Barbara Enslen of Lombard; and Michael Anthony Harden, son of April Harden and the late Leo Harden of Streamwood, will exchange vows on Dec. 1 at Christ the King Church in Lombard, with the Rev. Peter Jarosz officiating.

The bride-elect is a 1992 graduate of Glenbard East High School, a 1996 graduate of Southern Illinois University, a 1998 graduate of the University of South Carolina, and a 2003 graduate of the University of North Caroline. She is employed as a senior auditor and CPA at United Airlines.

Her fiancé is a 1990 graduate of Luther North High School in Chicago, and a 1995 graduate of Concordia University in River Forest. He is employed with Pitney Bowes.

A reception at Niko's in Bridgeview will follow the ceremony, and the couple plan a honeymoon in Stowe, Vermont.

The couple will reside in Streamwood.

Stephanie Kincaid to marry Dr. Nicholas McGinnis

Mr. and Mrs. Dan Kincaid of Lombard announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Marie, to Dr. Nicholas Freeman McGinnis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas McGinnis of Milan, Ill.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Glenbard East High School, and received a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of Chicago in 2003. She will received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in March 2008. She is employed as a pharmacist for Walgreens.

Her fiancé is a 1996 graduate of Alleman High School and received a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Saint Ambrose University in 2000. He received a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004. He is a board-certified chiropractic physician.

A May wedding is planned.

Sara Nawrocki to marry Alexander Prendergast

Mr. and Mrs. James Nawrocki of Riverside announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara, to Alexander Prendergast, son of Michelle Neal and John Herron of Lombard.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Riverside-Brookfield High School and will graduate from Northern Illinois University in 2008.

Her fiancé is a 2003 graduate of Willowbrook High School and a 2007 graduate of Northern Illinois University.

A Sept. 26, 2008, wedding is planned in Glenview.

Heather Straley to marry Jacob Steffes

Jeffrey and Christine Straley of Villa Park announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather, to Jacob Steffes, son of Curt and Laura Steffes of Erie, Ill.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Willowbrook High School and a 2006 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington. She is currently pursuing a Master of Music Education degree at VanderCook College of Music in Chicago.

Her fiancé is a 2002 graduate of Erie High School and a 2006 graduate of Illinois State University. He currently residents in Erie and is employed by Material Control Systems in Cordova.

A Dec. 29 wedding is planned at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in Moline, followed by a reception at the Best Western SteepleGate Inn in Davenport, Iowa.

The couple will reside in Erie.

Jennifer Templeman to marry Thomas Pott

Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of Willowbrook High School and a 2002 graduate of Purdue University. He has a degree in nursing and is currently attending medical school at St. George's University.
