The DarkSky family forged a mighty Kingdom hundreds of years ago, with the house of DarkSky, headed by Count Magnus DarkSky and his wife, Countess Anastasia DarkSky. The DarkSky family was characterized as a powerful family, very well known for their wealth and social status. The Kingdom itself was made to range in alignments from light-neutral to neutral-dark, with few to no pure light beings accepted. It served to be a haven for all races, classes, and belief systems, its people all characterized by radical competence, and a universal disposition of potent loyalty to the Crown.

The Kingdom of DarkSky (KoDS) was re-founded with the same principals as the original Kingdom. It quickly rose once again to its previous status, looking on the world in its majestic supremacy. Then, it expanded and soared into a mighty Empire, taking with it its vast set of assets, leaving behind the limitations that the Kingdom atmosphere held on the puissant group. The Royal Empire of DarkSky (REoDS) was born.

The Royal Empire of DarkSky serves as a strong, constant force of pure neutrality in our realms. We are a benevolent home, a loyal ally, and a baneful enemy. Currently headed by Emperor Donovan Aaron DarkSky, Count Magnus' son, the traditions and laws handed down for generations are always followed up to this day in this very prestigious and selective family. The standards for joining the Empire are very high, and we strongly demand the very best effort and extreme dedication from all our family members.
