Sweet Web Design Award App

If you think you have a cool webpage, apply for my Sweet's Best Web Design Award. There are two categories, Best Web Design and Beginner Web Design, so please don't be hesitant if your page is fairly new. Check out previous winners at Winner's Circle. Some come on apply. Of course there some simple guidelines that I will go by.

Guidelines

Your page has to be a personal homepage. Please NO commercial pages.
No obscene material or foul language /
NO Adult nudity sites please.
Kids Sites are Always Welcomed.
Your page should load fairly quickly (or say that it will be loading slow)!
Please sign my guestbook it helps ;-Þ
If your page wins I will put a link to your page on the Winners Hall of Fame Page!
Dont Submit your Site more than once or it will not be submitted for reveiw.
And most of all I must like your page!
