I, personally, never experienced discrimination until I left the gay life. The discrimination I encountered from the religious "Christian" community on my journey out of gay life was at first devastating. Then in a way strengthening, as I then dug into the Scriptures and came face to face with a God of love and compassion who showed me the way to true freedom in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In my mind, the bigotry and discrimination demonstrated by the religious "Christian" community in this nation is a travesty that belies the love and compassion taught in Scripture and demonstrated by the life of my Lord Jesus Christ. I pray my site will glorify my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for that is my intent.
