Hey There..You want to know who I am? Well here it is!

The Billy Zane Web Ring is a link to all the Billy Zane Fan and Information web sites on the web.  We are the First Billy Zane web ring out there.  To join the Ring, you must read what is a web ring and meet the ring  rules.  Once you realize you have the right site to join, then please fill out the submit forms.  It will take a while before you are submit into the ring.  I look at each site carefully and we are Blunt on who joins it.  If you fail to put the right e-mail address on the forms or you did not put the HTML codes on your site right, you will be remove from the queue.  No If...ands..or....but...about it!  The Ring will not work if you have the HTML codes  is wrong on your site.  So please ask questions if you run into trouble.  Or, you might want to ask one of the ring members here.  I am so sure they are very helpful and friendly.  One more thing before you join, I MUST SEEE the ring.  If I have to go thru tons of pages to find it, then you will be removed from the queue.  Have it on the main page or a page where it says Webrings on it.  Otherwise, don't even bother to join.  I had 60 web site in the queue, only 23 web site pass.  So u can see, I am BLUNT.

WEB SITE NEWS (Decmeber 24, 2001)

Yet another merge to yet another freaking server  for web ring.  Ya, this sucks!  The default code for the ring on the new server is not active, so you have to come here to get the code.

Also, I amsume that the the links for ring members dont work since its the link that was provided by the Webring.com before all the merging crap took place.  

Web Site News (September 2, 2000)

I got A letter from Webring.com .  They are making this harder than it really is.  Here is the wasted letter I got from them.  I hope this does not make the ring members leave.

Dear WebRing RingMaster:

Great news -- WebRing is integrating with Yahoo! and is now part of the Yahoo! network. The Yahoo! WebRing system has a new user interface, new features, and a simplified Ring management system. The new system is streamlined and extremely efficient. We will launch the new Yahoo! WebRing system on Tuesday, September 5, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. PST. The WebRing system will be closed to managing Rings and editing sites for 24 hours prior to launch. All links on the existing WebRing system will continue to work during this period.

Here's the scoop:

* All Ringmasters and members need to sign up for a free Yahoo! ID (you only need one.)

* The server-side navigation bar is here! It’s a cool new feature but is not required for existing WebRings; HTML fragments will continue to work for now.

* Existing Join pages will also continue to work for now. New members will be prompted to sign up for a Yahoo! ID before joining.

* After you associate your Ring with your Yahoo! ID and categorize it in the new system, your Ring will be listed in the new Yahoo! WebRing directory.

* Ring locking has been eliminated!

* The Ring Helpers management feature is still in development.

Currently, you will not be able to work with a Ring Helper in the new system.

• All sites that got removed and put back in the queue are not back up and running.  I am sorry for what the Webring site did.  I am glad I didn't get hate mail from you all. hehehehe

• Guest book taking down due to Trash comments made on it.  If you can't say anything nice, DON'T say anything at all.  There are children who surfs these sites that are Billy Zane fans.  I thank you all who defended the site, but you can do it without saying a cuss word in a nice fashion way.
