Kia Asamiya has made appearances at the San Diego Comic Con and Wizard World Con in Chicago. At both places he has signed various media associated with his various series. Silent Mobius continues to be printed in the U.S. along with Martian Successor Nadesico, Dark Angel, Moibus Klein, and Dark Angel Phoenix Ressurection. Soon to be released from DC comics will be Asamiya's own rendition of Batman, Child of Darkness. New items to emerge recently have been a Silent Mobius Lithograph signed by Asamiya and limited to 333 copies. Fanboy Comics has seemingly vanished after finally releasing a pewter statue of Katsumi. There is also a limited edition wallscroll.

Now released onto DVD is Silent Mobius TV. First offering will be nine episodes on a two DVD set, SRP is $45US. Initial edition has a mini-comic, a fold-out of art at top of each of these pages, and a reversible DVD jacket. Second and third DVDs sets have mini-comics in them.

And CPM, distributor of Martian Successor Nadesico, is going to trade paperbacks for its comics.

Advance Comics has been soliciting two figures, of Katsumi and Kiddy. Animerica has a variant Katsumi action figure with the uniform colors being black and dark red, limited to 500.
