You make a deal with Satan when You call for Public Prayer.
If You encourage, force, or require Children of Christ to Prayer in Public School.
You take away their right to have a Personal Relationship with God.
Satan wants to Corrupt any relationship with God. "Be Not like the Hypocrites." How UnGodly it is to try to make the whole Nation of the United States throw away their relationship with God.
You become an accomplice of Satan with your Shady Deal.
Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:6
"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."
