Abate
Not reformed Resources was started in September of 1998 in an effort to
assist the Reformed community in having a place where they could go to
search out all the reformed Churches, Institutions, Seminaries, Forums,
Theology, Eschatology, Historical documents, personal pages, etc., without
having to be frustrated by the tedious time consuming chore of wading through
countless pages of non-reformed material categorized as Christian in most
search engines.
Why do we promote Reformation Theology? Because it is the most faithful,
consistent, God glorifying Theology there is. And in our day, many of the
Protestant Reformation distinctives (that is to say, Biblical principles),
have been lost or distorted to the point where they are almost non
existent. We believe that it is incumbent upon all faithful Christians to
promote the restoration of those Biblical principles so illustrated in the
Reformation. "Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Soli deo Gloria,
and Solus Christos," are principles with which to live by, not just
catchy slogans. We support the concepts that are so faithfully illustrated
in the Westminster standards.
In November of 2000 we joined forces with The Mountain Retreat Center to
move into the 21st century. We no longer have the burden of manually
updating this site page by page. Tony Warren Graciously allows use of his
engine to automate and streamline the site submission process, and has
revamped the look of the site.
We look forward to serving the Reformed community much better in the
coming years, and appreciate your input and feedback. We look forward
to your comments and suggestions.
