The Company

Chief Chip Wood (pictured left) is the founder/owner of the Marshal Protective Agency.  The Company is serving customers in the Greater Cincinnati Area, as well as the Dayton / Miami Valley areas.

Marshal Protective Agency provides security officers, vehicle patrols, fire control personnel and loss management services.  We offer a comprehensive program for your company.  Unlike a contract guard service, we custom tailor our services to meet all of your special requirements.  Our managers and staff handle your security operations from top to bottom, so you are free to concentrate on business.

An important Marshal Protective Agency advantage is our staff selection & training program.  Our personnel are the best in the industry.  All our officers pass a comprehensive drug screen before the hiring process begins.  They are then thoroughly evaluated and tested.  Background checks on each applicant are completed by the State of Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification.  Finally, each potential employee must complete the IFPO Certified Protection Officer evaluation program prior to the end of their probationary period.
